Privacy policy

ClosetMuse is operated by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662 ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use closetmuse.bestresult.ai and why. In short: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Photos you upload. The full photo is sent to our AI provider to create your outfits and is not stored. We store a small thumbnail with your outfit board so you can see it again.
• Outfit boards we generate for you, with the occasion and season you chose.
• Account details, if you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Virtual closet and trip capsules (Pro): the item names, types, colors and thumbnails you add.
• Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe through our payments provider. We never see or store your card number. We receive your subscription status.
• Usage counts. To run the free tier fairly we count generations per browser and per hashed (not raw) IP address each month.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary: one that remembers your browser to count free generations, one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your purchases, and, if you arrived through a partner link, one that remembers which partner referred you. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Analytics

We use cookie-free, anonymous analytics (page views and feature usage such as "outfit generated") to improve the product. They are not linked to your identity or used for advertising.

Who processes your data

• Our hosting and AI infrastructure provider (Viski), which runs the app, the database and the AI model that styles your photos.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Our partner program provider, if you arrived through a partner's link or used a partner code, so the partner can be credited. They receive an internal customer number, not your email.

Boards you share by link can be seen by anyone with that link.

How long we keep it

Account data, saved boards and closet items are kept until you delete them or your account. Unsaved boards from visitors without an account may be deleted after 90 days. Monthly usage counts are kept for up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@closetmuse.bestresult.ai from your account email address. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Children

ClosetMuse is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date above and, for account holders, tell you by email.
