Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662, which operates ClosetMuse. By using ClosetMuse you agree to them.

The service

ClosetMuse gives AI-generated outfit suggestions based on a photo you upload. Suggestions are for inspiration only. Colors may differ from your item depending on your photo and screen, and AI can make mistakes.

Your content

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't upload photos of other people without their permission. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Don't use ClosetMuse for anything unlawful or to overload or misuse the service.

Free plan

The free plan includes 3 outfit generations per calendar month, and boards carry a watermark. We may change free limits with notice on the site.

Pro subscription

• Pro costs $6.99 per month or $69.90 per year (plus any applicable taxes), unless a different price is shown at checkout, for example with a partner discount.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Pro until then.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us at support@closetmuse.bestresult.ai and we'll make it right.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Accounts

Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify account holders. You can stop using ClosetMuse and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
